It’s a race against time. Hitler took 53 days to dismantle Germany’s democratically elected government. Now, the ‘dear leader’ is attempting to outpace this record without regard for the law. His absolute power and acts of impunity are a stark reminder of the urgency of the situation we are facing.
As Adolf Hitler once said, ‘Tell a lie loud enough and long enough, and people will believe it.’ It’s a stark reminder of the power of misinformation and the need for us to remain constantly vigilant and well-informed.
Under the guise of ‘saving’ America, the ‘dear leader’ is on a mission to dismantle our liberal democratic principles and policies. The potential consequences of this could be dire, and we must be aware of them.
Let’s take a look at his mandate:
- Approximately 1.5% of the voters determined his election victory. To put this in perspective, LBJ received 22.6%, George Bush 50.3%, Obama 52.9% in 2008, and 51% in 2012. Joe Biden received 51.3% in 2024. These numbers show that Trump’s victory was not as decisive as many other presidents, and his mandate is not as strong as he claims.
