Thanks for your view of things. Many times people say things and they are not aware of how hurtful they can be. I live in an area that has little racial diversity, but I have worked in the inner city for several years and it has been my experience that there are cultural differences among different groups, but basically we have more in common than many would be willing to admit. When Trump was elected, I was devastated and he has turned out to be worse than I feared. What hurts me the most is that he is a symbol of the worst parts of America. These parts existed before him and will exist after him. I am worried about the future of our country.
