Thanks for some great pictures. If eating escargot is fast food, count me in.

Some of these pictures reminded me of M.C. Escher. With a little Captain Nemo thrown in for good measure.

Like you, I am a devote of Haute cuisine - only organic peanut butter and wild-caught tuna, please. So I was wondering, "Is there any way to melt cheese over ice cream without first ingesting magic mushrooms?"

I'm sure both of your other devoted followers would like to know what technique you use or where to get chemicals that will let us see this phenomenon.
