Once a religious person starts to question the things they have been taught as truth, they begin to wonder if the teachings are truth or just things handed down from a past eara.

As we learn more our view of the world changes. This dosen't necessarily mean a loss of religious belief, but it does mean a loss of faith in many of the leders of the religion.
