It's so comforting to know that a leading politician has stated that Jesus will return in his lifetime.

Such bull**** should be spread on farmers' fields. I'm sure it is a great consolation to many poor people that this fool thinks their suffering is due to God's plan and not that so many people in power have turned their backs on those less fortunate.

Rather than blaming some imaginary being for the plight of so many, we should concentrate on not electing fools to Congress.

BTW, I am sure his words will be a great consolation to the survivors of the 43,000 dead in Turkey and Syria. His God only kills bad people - even little children and pregnant women.
