I use mindfulness, which has helped me, lowered my blood pressure, and made me a happier person.

It is the easiest, most cost-effective way of changing your mental outlook. Like walking, it doesn't require unique clothing or expensive memberships and can be practiced anywhere, by anyone, at any time.
